The very exceptional design, beautiful swimming pools, frangipani and careful plantings of shrubs, trees, lemon grass kitchen gardens. Our room had its own pool with a spout dispensing water and creating magical cooling sound effects

A Truly Memorable Stay – 5 Stars! We had the absolute pleasure of spending 13 days at The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa in Siem Reap this summer, and it was nothing short of fantastic. We stayed in one of their beautiful suites with a private pool, and it offered the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff were incredible – always willing to help and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A huge thank you to the wonderful team who made our stay extra special: Ms. Mon (General Manager) – for overseeing such a welcoming and well-run resort Mr. Key (Operations Manager) – for his attentive support Mr. Polon, Ms. Kim, Ms. Theakg, and Mr. Nivat – for their daily kindness and warm service throughout our stay Mr. Vuthy – who took us on a stunning tour of the temples in a vintage Mercedes Benz; such a unique and memorable experience! Mr. Phea – who kindly brought us to town and ended up getting soaked in a rainstorm on the way back – thank you for your great spirit and sense of humour! The food at the resort was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was a complimentary romantic dinner for two, which the hotel kindly arranged. The setting was intimate and beautifully done, and we enjoyed a fabulous selection of local Khmer dishes – a truly unforgettable evening. This was one of the best resort stays we’ve ever had. We’re already dreaming of a return visit and highly recommend The Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious, and genuinely welcoming experience in Siem Reap.

We aboslutely LOVED this beautiful hotel. The service was perfect and was available for everything we needed, from car service from the airport to tuktuks into the center of Siem Reap to providing additional information about things to do in the area and providing an included breakfast in the morning. Prior to our arrival the team was very communicative, which we appreciated. Our room was absolutely fantastic--the beds were extremely comfortable, the room was spacious, and we also had a private pool in our backyard that we enjoyed! The main pool in the hotel is also amazing, with plenty of comfortable lounging beds and shade. We also were very happy with the location. The hotel is a little out of the main area of Siem Reap, which we liked--it was quiet and relaxing. The property was also simply beautiful in terms of design and layout. The best part though, was the staff. In particular Phea was a standout. Phea greeted us warmly and helped us every single day of our trip. He is amazing and every guest would be lucky to enjoy him as a host during their stay in Siem Reap. We will miss Phea and this hotel and cannot wait to send more people here.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Embassy Angkor Hotel. Having traveled to over 30 countries, I can confidently say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with hotel staff. Their hospitality went far beyond expectations, and words alone can’t fully express how impressed I was. Mon, the Front Office Manager, was especially outstanding. She contacted me via WhatsApp before my arrival to arrange airport pick-up and help plan our tour. The airport transfer was very reasonably priced and offered in a luxury van (Hyundai H1/Alphard). To our surprise, we were upgraded twice—from a Standard Room to a Deluxe, and then to a Pool Suite. Every staff member was kind and helpful, with Mon going above and beyond throughout our stay. The vintage Mercedes tour was exceptional—a rare and charming experience you won’t find elsewhere in Siem Reap. Our driver, Mr. Vutthy, was polite and very attentive. We also hired an English-speaking tour guide, Mr. Bun, who was both fun and informative. On the second day, we toured in the H1 van with Mr. Pao, another polite and professional driver. On our last day, Mr. Hun took us on a tuk tuk adventure to a hidden temple deep in the forest—an unforgettable experience. We also received a 15% discount on foot massages, which I highly recommend after a long day of temple exploration. If you’re heading out to Pub Street at night, the hotel offers complimentary tuk tuk service until late, making it easy and safe to enjoy the nightlife. In short, our four days in Siem Reap were truly special—largely thanks to the incredible team at Embassy Angkor Hotel. If I could give more than 10/10, I would. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the next time we visit Siem Reap.

An exceptional hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff! When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with a complimentary room upgrade. For our visits to Angkor Wat, we had the absolute best guide imaginable – Mr. Tiger. Highly knowledgeable, incredibly friendly, and just an all-around fantastic person. Our Tuk Tuk driver (whose name I sadly forgot) was also amazing – always offering us cold water and taking great care of us throughout the day. A huge thank you to the wonderful team at The Embassy in Siem Reap: Special thanks to Phea, Barang, Mrs. Mon, and - I believe her name was Tien (?) in the nice Restaurant. And of course, once again to Tiger, our outstanding guide! We would love to come back – such a magical and deeply historical place. Thank you for everything. You are the best hotel staff we’ve ever met.
